Ralph de Haan, CEO & Co-Founder
Ralph is the co-founder and co-CEO of Kemgo, serving on the Board of Directors and Executive staff, driving the company’s vision, strategy and growth together with Joe.
He has held several managerial roles in marketing, sales and supply chain with several top tier petrochemical companies globally after serving in the German Air Force. He has lived and worked in Germany, The Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and Qatar; he is also fluent in German and Dutch.
Joseph Naaman, CEO & Co-Founder
Joe is the co-founder and co-CEO of Kemgo, serving on the Board of Directors and Executive staff, driving the company’s vision, strategy and growth together with Ralph.
He has advised many executives in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries on strategy and innovation (especially digitalization) in the marketing, sales and distribution functions. He has lived and worked in the US, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, China and France, and is fluent in French, Spanish, and Arabic.
François is a Kemgo board member and non-executive advisor. Francois brings extensive experience in international chemicals sales and marketing. He is an engineer in chemical engineering with a Master of Science in polymers and petrochemicals, as well as an MBA from ESCP Europe. He is currently serving as General Manager at VELOX, a European specialty chemicals distribution company where he has worked since 2004. Francois also launched a startup for manufacturing 3D printing raw materials in 2015 and is a board member of an R&D company for polymers based in France. He is a dual US and French citizen and speaks four languages fluently.
Olivier van Duijn
Olivier is a Kemgo board member and non-executive advisor. He is currently the General Manager for eBay CG Benelux, responsible for leading classifieds sites in the Netherlands (Marktplaats) and Belgium (2dehands.be and 2ememain.be, both acquired by eBay in 2013). Olivier brings a wealth of online experience, having been involved in the founding and rapid growth of Funda.nl, the leading Dutch real estate platform. Prior to joining eBay in 2010, Olivier took on a variety of strategic roles within Reed Elsevier, establishing online recruitment platforms in the Netherlands, Germany and England, after fulfilling several management positions within KPN Telecom, the market leader among Dutch telecoms.
Andrew is a Kemgo board member and non-executive advisor. He is an attorney who also holds an MBA in finance. He has extensive experience in corporate transactional work, handling in excess of $5 billion in mergers and acquisitions transactions and issuance of corporate securities on behalf of US and international corporations. Andrew has held various high level positions for a media content company, worked for Prudential Securities Inc., where he provided middle market companies with sell side, buy side and defense advisory services, and also worked as a corporate securities lawyer in New York and London.
